About the Role
The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, finance, and project stakeholders to ensure the effective scoping, planning, and execution of projects. The successful candidate will also bring experience in managing costs, project timelines, and technical teams, providing support and guidance while working closely with the Business Manager to ensure technical efficiency and compliance across all projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and manage technical projects, overseeing all stages from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with the finance team to scope projects and assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Consult with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and project plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Address and resolve any project issues or risks that arise, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide detailed reports on project performance.
