Job Description:
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready for a new challenge? Join us as a Regional Sales Manager for Medical & Lab Equipments and play a key role in supporting our medical & lab supplies department while making a significant impact in healthcare!
 
CPL Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager for our Medical & Lab Supplies division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth within our Medical & Lab Supplies channels. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and ensuring that sales initiatives are executed effectively to meet and exceed revenue targets.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Selling medical and lab equipment’s to healthcare institution across South Pacific & achieving the sales target
  • Design strategies to grow the business by acquiring new customers and brand
  • Work closely with the tender team to submit the bids on time
  • Handling the project for new Laboratory set up along with the biomed & lab technician
  • To Provide technical assistance and training to personnel from the facility in maintenance and use of medical equipment in co-ordination with the Biomed technicians
  • To coordinate and evaluate the work performed by service engineers including maintenance, calibration, installation and verification of service documentation.
  • Ready for extensive travelling across the country & to other pacific countries if required
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in medical and laboratory products
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest medical equipment and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Keen attention to detail, particularly in preparing and coordinating tender documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with tender processes and documentation
