(Based in Port Moresby)

The MSPNG Support Office in Port Moresby plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of health services through outreach, centres, hospitals, and the National Family Planning Training Program, ensuring that service delivery teams and providers are effectively staffed, funded, and resourced to undertake their duties.

The Director People and Culture (DPC) provides strategic leadership and is responsible for effective and efficient oversight and strategic development of human resources activities and initiatives. The DPC will lead the development of MSPNG as an employer of choice through driving an organisational culture that is based on promoting achievement, supporting professional development, and maintaining a high level of staff retention.
