(X1) IT Support Officer (POM BASED)


GENERAL ROLE
 
  • Manage & Maintain IT Helpdesk Systems.
  • Provide User Desktop support.
  • PC Hardware & Software setup, maintenance and installations.
  • Provide Network setup, support and
  • maintenance.
  • Daily Data Backup and maintenance.
  • Company IT Asset Audit and Inventory management.
  • Daily status checks on regional bureau
  • sites’ ICT services and equipment.
  • Provide status updates and report on tasked/operational progress.
  • Provide support to IT Senior (Systems) Team.

Experience & Knowledge
 
  • Fundamentals of Computer Technology or IT and its applications.
  • Good understanding of computer peripherals, hardware and software with practical experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking with basic hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of database administration.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience.

  • Able to work afterhours and whenever required (On-Call).
