Attendance & Payroll Associate
We are currently looking to hire highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the Attendance & Payroll Associate position. As part of our team, you will be responsible for accurately tracking employee work hours and maintain precise attendance records, ensure the smooth and efficient processing of payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and verify employee work hours, overtime, and leave.
- Ensure accurate data entry into timekeeping software.
- Maintain and update employee attendance records.
- Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and assist with payroll-related queries.
- Work closely with HR and payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and Labor laws related to time and attendance.
- Generate and provide regular reports on attendance and time data.
- Provide support for employee attendance inquiries and time-off requests.
