The Opportunity:
 We are seeking a dynamic and culturally adept Human Resources Manager to be a pivotal member of our leadership team. In this role, you will lead our HR operations in Papua New Guinea, partnering closely with our teams across the region to ensure our people strategy aligns seamlessly with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Drive engagement, workforce innovation, and excellence in human resource management.
  • Lead organisational change, workforce planning, industrial relations, and diversity initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and application of the Company’s performance management and learning & development programs.
  • Provide expert advice and deliver customised HR solutions to maximise organisational capability.
  • Develop, review, and evaluate HR policies and procedures tailored to PNG's unique needs.
  • Enhance leadership effectiveness and build change management capability.
  • Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across Australia, New Zealand, and the BSAPIC Regional Head Office, providing local insights and executing key regional initiatives.
