HR TRAINING COORDINATOR
Our client, International Education Agency of PNG (IEA) is looking for a dedicated HR Training Coordinator to lead and manage impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and align with company objectives. You’ll assess training needs, develop programs, and ensure training effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and skill gaps through assessments.
Design and deliver effective training programs.
Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and resources.
Track and manage training records and reports.
Job Requirements:
Interested applicants MUST HAVE:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
5 years and more in HR Training & Development experience with reputable companies
More than 5 years’ experience in public speaking.
Experience in producing training reports and templates.
