CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Our client, the National Development Bank Limited (NDB) is the development finance institution of Papua New Guinea. It is a subsidiary of Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH) as trustee for the PNG Government. NDB’s primary function is to provide accessible, affordable banking and financial products and services across PNG to small and medium sized businesses, particularly in the rural sector.
The Board of NDB now seeks to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide NDB through the next stage of its growth. The successful incumbent needs to provide visionary leadership, support collaborative partnerships and to promote a service culture that exceeds customer expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic plan
- Strategic oversight of banks’:
- Commercial and Agriculture Lending facility
- Accounting & financial service unit
- Human Resources, IT and Administration function.
- Work closely with the Executive Management Team, Branch /Department Managers, Board, CEOs of subsidiaries
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
