Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Commercial Manager is primarily responsible for business development and hitting commercial KPIs within their province as well as managing their team of Commercial Executives. To achieve this business development is a large part of the incumbent’s role. This role is based in Kimbe.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow Digicel business within the province
Achieve monthly gross activation target as communicated to by General Manger
Achieve monthly recharge target broken down by Flex/EVD
Provide monthly OPEX forecasts along route plans to hit targets
Ensure CEs hit daily visualize targets and stick to route plans
Ensure CEs all hit footprint target within their clusters to provide adequate recharge outlets of 1 per 75 subscribers
Monitor daily QOS report to help manage churn
Establish, monitor sufficient sim replacement outlets within designated cluster
Travel regularly to check on sales teams and maintain relationship with key stakeholders such as WPOS
Send daily reports to General Manger, which are accurate and informative
Sign off on SOH reports and reconciliations with finance
Job Requirements:
Academic qualifications and experience:
College Degree
2-3 years sales manager experience preferably within FMCG industry
Financial / accounting experience
Functional skills:
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills (oral & written)
High level of interpersonal skills
Must hold Class 6 driver’s license with experience with manual gears
