The Administration Manager will be responsible for all administrative operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. You will be responsible for managing key processes, improving operational workflows, and providing essential support to the team, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain function.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day- to- day operations of the supply chain department.
Develop, implement and maintain efficient administrative processes and systems to support the supply chain activities.
Ensuring Employees are compliant and relevant to the current work dynamics through Workplace Policies, various aspects of the business, code of conduct, workplace safety & supportive work environment.
Structuring efficient operations, supports strategic goals, defining job roles and making sure productivity is enhanced through the hierarchy to reduce cost pertain to labour hours.
Assessing training needs, implementing programs & building strong work culture by recognising the staff performance.
Creating Purchase Orders for Fleet & Consumables upon quotations approved & signed as per the signature mandate before proceeding.
Monitoring, updating, and circulating Repair & Maintenance Pending tasks list of Distribution Centre.
Coordinate and manage internal communication within the department and with other departments.
Sharing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports as per management requirements.
Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions by liaising with People & Culture Team.
Processing Roster, Overtime to the payroll and other employee benefits seamlessly with attendance and leave management systems.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Support the team with any ad hoc administrative tasks or projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resource management or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Pronto-Xi.
