Job Description:
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
 
Daily
1.   Comply with all PIL GMP, Environment and Safety Practices.
2.   Ensure Production is fully compliant to all designated lines cleaning SOPs and Schedules.
3.   Monitor, collect and analyse CIP samples.
4.   Give line clearance after CIP, pH check and Micro samples are collected.
5.   Monitoring process from end –to end, raising non-conformance to Production Supervisor and
QA Supervisor accordingly.
6.   Review Product Monitoring Test Results, including Investigation and Reporting of ‘out of spec’
results to QA Supervisor.
7.   Quality Control and Food Safety Monitoring of Cone processing including other GMP and Line
Cleanliness.
8.   Quality Control and Food Safety Monitoring of Powered Milk Filling and Packing Line, including other GMP and Line Cleanliness.
9.   Submit daily records /reports for each and all lines to QA Supervisor and Assistant QAM for review.
10. Report ongoing Operational and or Compliance Non-conformance to QA Supervisor and Assistant QA Manager.
Ensure Full compliance to WIs and SOPs for all lines designated to and Process and
Equipment Operational Condition Maintenance.
12. Report Maintenance issues for correction.
13. Ensure Manual/External Cleaning and CIP for all designated lines and transfer system.
14. Facilitate Production Operators with provision of Cleaning Solution for designated lines.
15. Support any or all improvement or strategic action plans assigned by Assistant QAM or
QAM; for Quality Assurance Department and or cross-functional as required.
 
Weekly
16. Ensure full compliance to Cleaning schedules covering external surfaces, COP and CIP
for designated areas.
17. Update all necessary Monitoring and compliance data on QA data base for designated lines.
 
Monthly
18. Conduct GMP audit and reporting each month.
19. Conduct internal Monthly Calibration of Laboratory Equipment and Scales.
20. Conducting Training and Refresher for Ice Cream and Cone production staff.
21. Participate in Any and or all Quality and Food Safety Programs designated to.
22. Assist in end of Month Laboratory Stock Count and Reporting.

 
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
 
1. Diploma or Bs Degree in Food Technology or related Sciences
2. Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG
3. Knowledge on GMP, Food Processing, HACCP and QMS
4. Team Leader and Good Time Management
5. Good Communication Skills
6. Able to Give and Take Directions/ Instructions
7. Able to Provide Feedback and share learnings.
8. Able to adapt/ Multitask and open to changes
