EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree or college qualification in Education
- At least 2 – 3 years teaching experience in a classroom setting
- Good interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity in PNG context.
- Some staff supervisory/management experience.
- Basic understanding of project management cycle and principles.
- Sound knowledge in PNG education systems and programs
- Some staff supervisory/management experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills; Able to speak and write English well.
- Good networking and partnership development skills.
- Strong Leadership skills
