Balasie Ltd was incorporated with the Investment Promotion Authority on the 15^th October 2008 and commence actual  business operations in  2009.The activity undertaken that time was labor & vehicle hire.

Balasie Ltd areas of Activities are divided into two categories;
 
Short term activities
This are the business activities that happen here on the island and it generate revenue for the company on a day to day basis.
The activities include Labor hire and Vehicle hire. Most of the Labor hire are contracted to Newcrest via the LBS arrangement.
This activities were scaled down recently due to the down turn in the activity of Newcrest. When ever the activity increases than experience personal that were previously engaged in the project will be recalled and engaged.
Balasie ltd is also engaged in short & Long term shutdowns.
