Company History
The National Airports Corporation is a State avition enterprise established under the Civil Aviation Act 2000 as amended.
The Company evolved from the airport division functions of the former Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) through a NEC approved Civil Aviation Authrority Reform program that seperated the regulatory functions from the commercial functions of the former CAA.
Ownership
- NAC is owned by the people of Papua New Guinea, through the Trustee Shareholding of the Minister for Treasury & Finance, and the Minister for Civil Aviation.
