Company History

L & A Group of Companies is owned, operated and headed by Sir Luciano & Lady Ni Cragnolini. With over 40 years' experience, they are considered one of the pioneers in the development of the construction industry in Papua New Guinea. 
 
Construction is its primary function of operations which covers a wide range of building, civil and structural works in addition to other specialist finishings. 
 
Originally the business took a Contractor service role specialising in block work, tiling and specialist finishes. The business later expanded operations to Main Building Contractor and in this capacity the Company has continued to grow based on their reputation for providing high quality service at a competitive price.
 
L & A Group implements a strict discipline regime in carrying out work, observing recognised industry standards to achieve high quality workmanship. This is delivered through its adherence to an established code of conduct and ethics and by taking a structured approach to project management for building construction, development and refurbishments.
