Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Interested Applicants must possess the following:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Admin, Public Admin or a field related to mining & petroleum.
- At least 10 years Senior management experience in corporate services in a large public sector organisation or setting
- Well versed with Government process, systems & functions and fare knowledge of the PS General Orders, the PFM Act, PSM Act, and other relevant government legislations.
- Experience with drafting organizational strategic plans and strategically align the organization in line with EITI Standards and Requirements
- Be a good communicator and lead out in discussions, negotiations with Government and other stakeholders
