About the Rote
Coordinates and administer senior management employees files Co-ordinate and administer Work Permit and Visa Applications including cancellations, for all Non Citizens Prepare letters of offer and employment contracts for non citizens as and when required Administer recruitment and on boarding of new employees. Co ordinate and administer all leased residentia' properties for the employees on behalf of the company Co ordinate and administer leave fare entitlements for employees in accordance with their employment contract
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes
  • Holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of HR Leadership role
  • Possess Cert IV in Training and Assessment is necessary
  • Trainer skill - adult learning instructional methods, presentation and facilitating skills would be an advantage
  • Counseling abilities.
  • Have an established network with various media advertising units
  • Excellent Communication skills in English (VerbaliWritten),
  • Extensive dealing with people of all ages and race
  • Computer literate, Advance knowledge in MS applications (Excel/Word),
  • Highly Motivated and energetic Disciplined and Proactive
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable
