The Occupational Health & Safety Department is seeking a suitably qualified person for the Data Analysis and Reporting Officer role. The position is responsible for ensuring all relevant statistical data is entered into the OHS electronic system and the workflow is followed through for close out; provide accurate actions ;administers the company’s OHS electronic systems and provide a range of reports as well as assisting with miscellaneous administrative duties where required.
You will demonstrate acceptable behaviours as documented by the OTML Golden rules and espouse all the basic tenets of good working relationships including but not limited to integrity, respect, teamwork honesty and loyalty.
To be considered you must have a grade 12 certificate, Level 3 WHSO qualification including an Australian-Equivalent CertIV in OHS. Five (5) years of experience in similar work with a significant exposure to SAP usage and navigation, report generation and publishing is essential. Be proficient in MS Office suite with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
