Job Description:
  • The System Administration Manager will be responsible for maintaining the operational effectiveness of the Pronto ERP System and will be
    responsible to provide use support & assist to develop the system.
  • To ensure the availability of the organization's ERP , operating platfroms at its distributed locations and all servers and hardware.
  • To include the design ,distribution and maintenance of business essentials reports on both a recurring basis as well as ad-hoc basis as requested by the Directors.
  • To ensure that system upgrades and enhancements are fully supported by a business care,and an assesment of the projected return on investment.  
Job Requirements:
‚ÄčEducational /Qualification
  • Bachelor Degree or Tertiary qualification in IT/Systems/Software and Hardware
  • Certificate / Diploma in IT Administration
Skills/ Knowledge/Experiences
  • Minimum 5 year's experience in same industry as System Administration specifically  in Pronto System
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office Applications
  • Strong communication sklls,both written and verbal, be proficient with email
  • Ability to multi task and can work overtime as required
  • Ability to work both as a team but also self motivated and able to take initiative
  • High attention to detail and accuracy of reporting
  • Honest,trustworthy,understands the  need to maintain confidentiality
  • Sense of urgency with follow up
