Payroll and Administration Officer
Our client, a PNG Investment Company, is expanding operations and due to this growth, they now seek a suitable Payroll and Administration Officer to join their team, based at their Port Moresby Office.
The Payroll and Administration Officer will be responsible in ensuring accurate and timely processing of the Company’s payroll and will also provide administrative support to the organization, including the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Generating payroll-related reports and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintaining employee records and providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing office supplies and coordinating meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws, and preparing necessary reports for management.
